Ana Isabel Castañeda is a member of Mirlo’s Litigation and Arbitration team as well as the Corporate team.
Ana Isabel is a practicing lawyer in Venezuela and a law graduate in Spain. She brings an international and multidisciplinary background gained at law firms in Spain, Peru and Venezuela.
She has advised and represented private companies and public-sector entities on corporate, regulatory, administrative and public procurement matters, as well as in civil and commercial disputes. In Venezuela, she also advised banks and insurance companies on debt recovery proceedings and financial litigation.
Her experience encompasses litigation strategy, international arbitration—particularly in connection with public procurement matters in Peru—and corporate and regulatory advisory work.
