(en adelante, “Mirlo”), con NIF B23887888 y domicilio en Claudio Coello 33, bajo C, 28001, Madrid.

01 . What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites download to your browser or device (computer, tablet, mobile phone, smart TV, etc.) when you visit them. They are used to store and retrieve information, which may be updated and accessed by the entity responsible for their installation — from enabling navigation to remembering your preferences or understanding, in aggregate, how the site is used.

The information collected through cookies may include your IP address, the date and time of your visits to our website, the pages visited and the time spent on them, among other browsing data. This information is linked to a code that does not allow us to obtain your name or any other identifying data. That code acts as an identifier to recognise you on each visit and maintain the information associated with it, and is considered pseudonymised data.o.

02 . What cookies does this website use?

This website is built on the Squarespace platform and uses only two categories of cookies:

Technical or necessary cookies

Essential for the website to function. They enable navigation, ensure the security of the page and remember your cookie preferences. They are exempt from the consent requirement under art. 22.2 LSSI and are used on the basis of Mirlo's legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Analytics or performance cookies

Provided by the Squarespace platform, they allow us to understand in aggregate how the website is used (number of visits, pages consulted, type of device) in order to improve its performance.

They are only installed if you accept them: their legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time. They are not used to show you advertising or to build profiles for commercial purposes.

This website does not use advertising, commercial personalisation or social media cookies.

03 . How can I accept, reject or manage cookies?

When you first access the website, a banner allows you to accept all cookies, reject all non-essential ones, or configure them by category. Analytics cookies are not installed until you give your consent.

You may modify or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, via the "Cookie preferences" link available in the website footer. Your choice will be stored for a maximum of 30 days, after which we will ask for your decision again.

You may also delete, block or disable cookies at any time by adjusting your browser settings, which will allow you to reject the installation of all or some cookies.

If you delete all cookies through your browser, you will also erase the configuration options you have chosen regarding our cookies (acceptance, rejection or withdrawal of consent).

04. Are international transfers of personal data made?

Yes. The cookies on this website are served by the Squarespace platform (Squarespace Ireland Ltd., with data processing carried out by Squarespace, Inc., a US entity), acting as data processor on behalf of Mirlo. This may involve an international transfer of data derived from their use to the United States of America, covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, adopted pursuant to Article 45 GDPR, as Squarespace, Inc. is certified under that framework, and subsidiarily by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 (art. 46.2.c GDPR). Further information is available in our Privacy Policy and at https://www.squarespace.com/privacy.

05. What are my rights regarding my personal data?

Since the information collected through cookies is linked to a pseudonymised code that does not allow us to identify you, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability are not applicable (art. 11.2 GDPR), unless you provide us with additional information enabling your identification. In any case, you may withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the website footer.

You may request further information about your rights, or exercise them where applicable, by emailing dpo@mirlo.legal.

We will respond to your request within a maximum of one month from receipt, extendable by a further two months depending on the complexity and number of requests, in which case we will inform you of the extension and the reasons for it within the first month (art. 12.3 GDPR).

If you receive no response, or if you consider that your request has not been properly handled or that your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (www.aepd.es).

06. Will this cookie policy be amended?

Mirlo may amend this Cookie Policy to adapt it to applicable legislation, the criteria of the Spanish Data Protection Authority, or changes in the cookies actually used. The version in force will at all times be the one published on this website, with the date of its last update indicated.

07. Can I contact someone at Mirlo for further information?

If you have any questions, comments or suggestions about this Cookie Policy, you may contact our Data Protection Officer at: dpo@mirlo.legal.
