02. Regulated professional activity
Mirlo is a professional company whose corporate purpose is the practice of law. The lawyers providing services through Mirlo are registered as practising lawyers primarily with the Madrid Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid, ICAM, https://www.icam.es). For the purposes of complying with Article 10.1 LSSI, the bar membership number of the managing partner is set out below, given that the composition of the workforce changes over time and, in any event, when an engagement letter is signed, our clients are informed of the lawyer who will handle their matter and that lawyer’s bar membership number:
- Jorge Perujo Fariña, Madrid Bar Association membership no. 92,476, Law Degree obtained in 2007 from the University of A Coruña (Spain).
The practice of law is subject, among other rules, to Royal Decree 135/2021 of 2 March approving the General Statute of the Spanish Legal Profession, the Code of Conduct of the Spanish Legal Profession and the ICAM Statutes, available on the websites of the General Council of the Spanish Legal Profession (https://www.abogacia.es) and the Bar Association itself.
03. Obligations of users browsing the Website
Access to the Website is free of charge. Users must make lawful use of the Website’s services in accordance with applicable law. By way of illustration and without limitation, users undertake not to:

Viewing, printing and partial downloading of Website content is authorised solely and exclusively where all of the following conditions are met:
- It is compatible with the purposes of the Website.

With respect to references to third-party products and services, Mirlo recognises the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights of their owners. Their mere mention or appearance on the Website does not imply that Mirlo has any rights or liability in relation to them, nor does it imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by Mirlo unless expressly stated otherwise.
06. Disclaimer of liability
Mirlo does not guarantee that access to the Website or its content will be free from interruptions or errors, or that the content will always be up to date. Nevertheless, provided there are no circumstances making this impossible or unduly difficult, and as soon as Mirlo becomes aware of any errors, disconnections or lack of updates, Mirlo will take the steps reasonably necessary to correct the errors, restore communications and update the content.
Mirlo accepts no liability arising from content, information or services linked from the Website where they are unrelated to Mirlo, nor does it guarantee that such content is free from viruses or other elements that may alter the user’s computer system (hardware or software), documents or files. Accordingly, Mirlo excludes liability for any damage caused to users for this reason, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to consumers by law.
Mirlo is likewise not responsible for any security errors that may occur or for damage that may be caused to the user’s computer system (hardware or software), or to files or documents stored therein, as a result of:
