Daniel García is part of the Corporate and M&A team at Mirlo. He began his career as a lawyer in 2018, at the Mexican Stock Exchange and subsequently joined, in two stages, the Corporate, Banking & Finance and Capital Markets areas at Kuri Breña, Sánchez Ugarte y Aznar.
He was also part of the legal department of Coca-Cola FEMSA, where he worked on matters relating to finance and capital markets.
Daniel focuses his practice on corporate law, finance, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. Throughout his career he has participated in structured financing transactions, securities issuances in the capital markets, and M&A deals, advising clients across a range of sectors.
Daniel speaks Spanish and English.
