Daniel García Hernández practises in the Corporate and M&A department at Mirlo.

He has been a qualified lawyer in Mexico since 2018. He began his career at the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (Mexican Stock Exchange) and subsequently joined Kuri Breña, Sánchez Ugarte y Aznar in two separate stints, working in their Corporate, Banking & Finance and Capital Markets departments. He also worked in the legal department of Coca-Cola FEMSA, where he was involved in matters relating to financing and capital markets.

Daniel's practice focuses on corporate law, financing, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Throughout his career he has been involved in structured financing transactions, securities offerings in the capital markets and M&A transactions, advising clients across a range of sectors.
