Alfonso Carrillo is a partner at Mirlo, where he heads the Litigation and Insolvency department and leads the Arbitration practice. A lawyer since 2005, he has over twenty years of experience, having spent more than fifteen years at national and international law firms in Madrid, seven of them as a partner leading the Litigation and Insolvency practice. Previously, he was a partner at Bird & Bird and Broseta Abogados. Alfonso specialises in resolving complex disputes, particularly those involving insolvency situations or high-impact corporate conflicts.

Jorge Perujo is a founding partner at Mirlo, where he heads the Corporate Law department and leads the M&A practice. A lawyer since 2009, he began his career at Alantra before joining Ontier, where he became a partner in the Corporate and M&A practice, Country Manager in Chile and, ultimately, Regional Manager for South America. Jorge specialises in corporate advice to global companies, both in Spain and Latin America, on matters of international contracting and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in the industrial, services and construction sectors.

Fernando López is a partner at Mirlo, where he heads the Tax Law department. A lawyer since 2009, he began his career at Montero | Aramburu, before moving to Ontier and Eversheds Sutherland, and subsequently joining Ayuela Jiménez Abogados as a partner in the tax practice. He specialises in tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and corporate groups, both domestic and international, family business taxation, succession planning, restructurings, real estate taxation and inspection proceedings before tax authorities, including appeals at both administrative and judicial levels. Ana Isabel Castañeda practises in the Litigation, Arbitration and Corporate departments at Mirlo. A practising lawyer in Venezuela and a law graduate in Spain, she has an international background spanning multidisciplinary firms in Spain, Peru and Venezuela. She has advised and represented private companies and public entities on corporate, regulatory, administrative and public procurement law, as well as civil and commercial litigation. She previously advised banking and insurance sector entities in Venezuela on credit recovery proceedings and financial disputes. Her experience includes litigation strategy, international arbitration — particularly in public procurement matters in Peru — and corporate and regulatory advice.

Javier Zambudio is an Expert lawyer at Mirlo, where he works in the Criminal Law and Procedural Litigation department. A lawyer since 2010, following a period preparing for the judicial and prosecutorial service examinations, he has over sixteen years of experience at national firms in Murcia, Alicante and Madrid, cities where he opened and led his own practice. Rosina collaborates with Mirlo as an expert in renewable energy and the energy sector. Rosina Müller is a founding partner of Red Nest, a boutique firm through which she advises international firms and companies on energy and infrastructure projects across Europe, Latin America and the United States. She has led legal teams and participated in complex asset acquisition and development transactions, as well as in the structuring and negotiation of key contracts across the full project lifecycle in the energy sector (including solar, wind, storage, hydrogen and biomethane) and infrastructure. Her practice combines Civil Law and Common Law perspectives, enabling her to advise in complex international environments. Languages: Spanish (native), English (bilingual), French (intermediate).

He specialises in intangible asset internationalisation strategies, complex intellectual property litigation, and privacy and GDPR compliance projects, including companies handling sensitive data and international transfers. Daniel García Hernández practices in the Corporate and M&A area of Mirlo. He has been a Mexican lawyer since 2018. He began his professional career at the Mexican Stock Exchange and subsequently joined, in two stages, the Corporate, Banking & Finance and Capital Markets areas at Kuri Breña, Sánchez Ugarte y Aznar. He was also part of the legal department of Coca-Cola FEMSA, where he worked on matters relating to financing and capital markets. Daniel focuses his practice on corporate law, financing, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. Throughout his career he has participated in structured financing transactions, securities issuances in the capital markets, and M&A deals, advising clients across a range of sectors. Daniel speaks Spanish and English.
