Fernando López is a partner at Mirlo, where he heads the Tax Law department.
Fernando started practicing law in 2009 in Montero Aramburu Abogados, and he later worked at Ontier, Eversheds Sutherland, and Ayuela Jiménez Abogados, where he became partner. He focuses his practice in high-net-worth individuals, domestic and international corporate groups, and family-owned businesses on tax planning, succession, corporate restructurings, and real estate taxation.
Fernando also represents clients in tax audits and disputes before the tax authorities, including administrative and judicial appeals.
