Jorge Perujo is a founding partner at Mirlo, where he heads the Corporate Law department and leads the M&A practice.
Jorge started practicing in 2009 at Alantra, before joining Ontier. At Ontier, he became partner in the Corporate and M&A department, was the Country Manager for Chile, before ascending to Regional South America Manager.
Jorge focuses his practice in advising global companies on corporate matters, both in Spain and Latin America, particularly in relation to international contracts and M&A transactions. He has extensive experience in the industrial, services and construction sectors.
He speaks Spanish and English.
