A lawyer since 2009, he began his career at Alantra before joining Ontier, where he became a partner in the Corporate and M&A practice, Country Manager in Chile and, ultimately, Regional Manager for South America.

Jorge specialises in corporate advice to global companies, both in Spain and Latin America, on matters of international contracting and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in the industrial, services and construction sectors.
