Rosina Müller is a founding partner of Red Nest, a boutique firm through which she advises international firms and companies on energy and infrastructure projects across Europe, Latin America and the United States.
She has led legal teams and participated in complex asset acquisition and development transactions, as well as in the structuring and negotiation of key contracts across the full project lifecycle in the energy sector (including solar, wind, storage, hydrogen and biomethane) and infrastructure. Her practice combines Civil Law and Common Law perspectives, enabling her to advise in complex international environments.
