Mirlo briefs an Argentine business mission on how to operate in Spain

Jorge Perujo during the Doing Business in Spain session organised by Invest in Madrid. Madrid, June 2026.

Our partner Jorge Perujo delivered the Doing Business in Spain session at Invest in Madrid for an Argentine trade mission made up of entrepreneurs, lawyers and public sector representatives exploring the Spanish and European markets.

Invest in Madrid, the agency of the Madrid Regional Government dedicated to attracting foreign investment, hosted a practical session aimed at an Argentine delegation assessing Spain as a gateway to Europe. The delegation brought together a wide range of profiles: entrepreneurs from sectors such as renewable energy, mining, logistics, construction and real estate, alongside lawyers and representatives from public institutions and economic policy think tanks.

Jorge Perujo, Corporate and M&A partner, presented under the title Doing Business in Spain the main steps and requirements that a foreign company faces when starting to operate in Spain: from choosing the most suitable legal form and the incorporation process, to the registration, tax and employment obligations that come with launching activity.

At Mirlo, we support Ibero-American companies and investors throughout every stage of their establishment in Spain, from preliminary analysis to day-to-day corporate operations. We thank Invest in Madrid for the invitation and for organising a session that perfectly illustrates the growing interest of the Latin American business community in the Spanish market.
