Another year teaching Business Law at the University of Navarra

For the fourth year running, our partner Jorge Perujo has taught the course "Business Contracting: promotion, collaboration and exchange agreements" on the Master's Degree in Business Law (MUDE) at the University of Navarra.

Once again this year, Mirlo has had the privilege of teaching the students of the Master's Degree in Business Law at the University of Navarra. The course, taught by Jorge Perujo, Corporate and M&A partner, focuses on explaining the main features and the case studies associated with promotion, collaboration and exchange agreements, approaching these key instruments of commercial practice from an eminently practical perspective.

This year's cohort stood out for its calibre and its constant participation in class. The simulated negotiations carried out during the course deserve a special mention: through them, students experienced first-hand the real dynamics of preparing, strategising and drafting this type of contract.

At Mirlo, we would like to thank María Jiménez, a lawyer at the firm, for her help in preparing and delivering the classes, which was key to the smooth running of the course.
